Christopher McKay
Managing Director

Over the next decade, Christopher worked on various Cunard Line ships, traveling the world and making the iconic Queen Mary 2 his floating home. In 2005, he was invited to join the build team for the Queen Victoria, living and working in Venice, Italy for six months. In recognition of his professionalism and dedication, Christopher was selected to represent Australia at the naming ceremony of the Queen Victoria, attended by the then-future King Charles.
In 2015, he joined Jardine Pacific Aust Pty Ltd, focusing on naval ground transport. Under his leadership, the company expanded operations to Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Darwin, Cairns, and Townsville, while continuing to serve Sydney. He established ground transport teams composed of retired police and military personnel, ensuring that all drivers are fully trained, accredited with focus being on safety and security of ships officers and crew.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when naval ship visits were temporarily suspended, Christopher further expanded his expertise by joining Australia’s largest limousine company as Queensland Operations Supervisor, overseeing domestic and international airline crew transport operations.
Now as Managing Director of Jardine Pacific, Christopher brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in transportation operations. He is committed to continuing the legacy of his father, Reg McKay, upholding the company’s long-standing dedication to safety, professionalism, and excellence in service.

Since retiring, Paul has remained actively involved with the NSW Retired & Former Police Association, where he currently serves as State President. In this role, he has facilitated the recruitment of experienced former officers as drivers for Jardine Pacific, ensuring a highly knowledgeable and professional team to support the transport needs of visiting naval officers.
In addition to his work with Jardine Pacific, Paul contributes to several community committees and organisations across NSW, reflecting his ongoing commitment to public service and community engagement.

Phil O'Reilly
WA & SA Supervisor
Phil O’Reilly is a retired Western Australia Police Officer with a distinguished 27-year career spanning general duties and the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB). He began as a Covert Officer before advancing to Senior Detective roles in the Child Abuse Unit and various suburban CIB offices.
Phil went on to serve as the State Chief Investigator of the WA Racing and Wagering Industry, demonstrating his expertise in complex investigations. He is currently the Director of Q Investigation Services, conducting private investigations across Perth.
Beyond his professional career, Phil contributes as an Indigenous Business Consultant, helping create employment and business opportunities for Aboriginal families in the Pilbara region.
Phil also has a strong sporting background, having enjoyed a successful career as a WAFL and AFL Field Umpire throughout the 1980s and 1990s, reflecting his dedication, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the field.

Reg McKay
Founding Director (Retired)
Reg McKay is the founding director and immediate past leader of this highly professional family company, having retired at the end of 2022. In keeping with the family business tradition, he passed the reins to his son, Christopher McKay, who had worked alongside him for many years as Assistant Director.
Reg began his commercial career in the United States, working as a construction buyer and tender evaluator with Kaiser Engineers and Constructors in Oakland, California from 1968 to 1972. He then served as a contracted buyer with Trans Australian Airlines (Airframe) and Ford Motor Company (Electrical Systems) from 1972 to 1974.
With extensive knowledge of global manufacturing, Reg entered private enterprise in Australia and Singapore in the textile industry. Over the next 40 years, he diversified the family business into areas including festive lighting, ceramics, fruit puree production, wholesaling, and tourism.
In more recent years, Reg focused on maritime ground transport, operating nationwide to service visiting naval warships and supply vessels. His leadership extended beyond business, serving as president of multiple sports clubs and chairman of both the Queensland Country Australian Football League and the Sydney Hire Car Association. The family company continues to support and sponsor selected sporting organizations.
Reg’s success extends beyond commerce to community engagement, driven by his personal commitment to safety, professionalism, and care for everyone he works with. This dedication is reflected in the long-standing relationships Jardine Pacific has built with numerous national and international clients over many years.
