As part of our premier services we provide a no-obligation free quotation on a complete package which includes vehicles, drivers, fuel, tolls and any other additional anticipated expenses.

01/

Organise

professionally accredited drivers to escort personnel from Navy ships whilst in Australian ports.

03/

Organise

marquees, tables, chairs, as well as complimentary driver's mobile phones, transport centre contact phone and equipment to satisfy all ground transport needs.

05/

Certify

that vehicles are covered by an Ultimate Protection Insurance Plan, including a Business Public Liability to the value of $10,000,000, in addition to Workers Compensation.

07/

Undertake responsibility

for ensuring that all rules and regulations of the base and applicable Port Authorities are adhered to by Jardine Pacific Aust. Pty Ltd staff; that all staff are cognisant that they are under the scrutiny of a supervisor at all times.

02/

Supply

the necessary vehicles to fulfill the client's specific transport requirements.

04/

Supply

an experienced, complimentary shift supervisor onsite between 0600 HRS and 2359 HRS to cater for any situation that may arise with 24/7 on call availability.

06/

Facilitate

the arrangement of all applicable Base, Wharf and Port passes for Jardine Pacific Aust. Pty Ltd staff enabling them full and unrestricted access.

08/

Safeguard

that in the event it is necessary to fly in staff, all expenses (e.g. airfares, accommodation, catering, etc) will be charged / remunerated through the account of Jardine Pacific Aust. Pty Ltd.

Applicable Conditions:

  1. Driver shifts are a minimum of 12 hours in any 24 hour period and any time in excess of the initial 12 hours will continue to be charged out at the normal rate per hour. The same is applicable where the ship requires 24-hour service. 

  2. All vehicles are charged out on a 24-hour hire basis, with the exception of mini-buses and coaches that are chartered for special events with nominated time frames.

  3. Upon receipt of confirmation of an arrival involving either staff accommodation and / or airfares, any alteration to the agreed package, such  as cancellation, may incur a cancellation fee.

  4. Vehicle and driver availability depends on the notice given (confirmation) prior to the ships arrival. Short notice may result in unavailability.
