Organisation of marquees, tables, chairs, and provision of drivers’ mobile phones and transport centre contact equipment to support all ground transport requirements.

 

Safety, Compliance & Access Facilitation:
Facilitating the arrangement of all relevant base, wharf and port passes for our staff and ensuring full compliance with base and Port Authority rules and regulations.

 

Insurance & Protection:
All vehicles are covered under an Ultimate Protection Insurance Plan, including Business Public Liability up to $10,000,000 and Workers’ Compensation coverage.

Applicable Conditions

• Driver Shifts:
  Driver shifts are subject to a minimum of 8 hours within any 24-hour period. Any time worked in excess of the initial 8 hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate. The same conditions apply where a vessel requires continuous or 24-hour service coverage.

• Cancellations & Changes:
  Upon receipt of confirmation for an arrival involving staff accommodation and/or airfares, any amendments to the agreed service package - including cancellations  - will incur a cancellation fee.

• Availability & Notice Periods:
  All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability, which is dependent on the notice provided prior to a vessel’s arrival. Short-notice confirmations may result in limited availability.

• Service Inclusions & Standards:
  All transport services are delivered by experienced, professionally licensed drivers and include fuel, tolls and standard operational costs. JARPAC operates in accordance with relevant safety, compliance and operational requirements to ensure reliable and efficient crew and personnel movements.

• Operational Flexibility:
  Services are tailored to meet individual vessel and client requirements and may be adjusted to accommodate operational changes, subject to availability and agreed terms.
